Once you get to the overlook, turn around and walk back bearing left up trail about 20 yards. There begins an area littered with carvings. I read in the library that there are indian carvings interposed with more recent and obvious carvings from the quarry business that operated in the late 19th century.
 
Enter from 146 - follow white past quarry on left. Bear left on
white dot at bottom of hill. [map]
