-Got slightly rude to a guy building rock piles. Why does he need to move the rocks from where they sat as animal homes for thousands of years? How can we tell what he piled up and what has been there for centuries by hands of vanished cultures? How many man-made structures must we view when we're trying to get away... There's at least a dozeon out there... Needless to say, I was a little over the top as a wise-ass.
Up on yellow we moved a very large tree out of the trail and down a hill using logs as rollers. A lot of effort, would like to hit Yellow ridge again with fresh legs, now that its got its flow back.
Later we met rock-da-Vinci again. He said he built rock piles to de-stress. I can understand tha, I guess... I apologized.... Live and let live. But I still don’t like seeing the rock towers all over the place.
All in all a great Friday ride.
